I reached out to see if they were still operating during the hurricane and I was told that someone from their team would be travelling to the US in a week to ship orders and that I could expect to receive my order in 2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and my items have not even shipped! They refused to answer my emails asking for an update and refused to refund me! So I filed a dispute through PayPal. DO NOT I repeat do NOT order from here, clearly these other reviews should have been a warning for me.
